Gift-Replacement Life Insurance

The desirability of establishing gift-replacement life insurance may depend on the size of the premiums that are required to pay for the policy. DO:
Place the gift-replacement insurance in an irrevocable insurance trust, separate from your estate. If you retain ownership of the policy its value will be included in your taxable estate.
